Hello! Thank you very much for your excellent service and the professional way you treat your customers. To be honest, however, the tortoiseshell-style oud plectrum I received is not what I was looking for; it won’t work for me because it is too soft and thin—I prefer something thicker, stiffer, and slightly wider. I specifically look for oud plectra that are stiff, thick, and broad. If you have anything like that available, please let me know. With much appreciation and gratitude.

The oud arrived in great condition and the quality shows. If I had one complaint it would be on the pegs as they are not very smooth when tuning, they crackle a lot which makes it difficult to get it right.
I’m really impressed with this oud. The craftsmanship is beautiful, the finish looks elegant, and the instrument has a warm, rich character. It feels like a beautifully made piece that is meant to be played and enjoyed. I’m very happy with my purchase!
