If your instrument arrives broken or damaged, we offer a 100% refund or exchange policy. Please contact us immediately upon receiving the instrument and provide photos of the damage. We will work with you to arrange for the return of the instrument and either issue a full refund or send a replacement instrument at no additional cost to you.

Our refund policy is designed to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item has been used, damaged, or altered in any way. If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If the refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
