I am very impressed with the service and delivery of my oud. There was a delay in supplying my oud but this was only because the maker was not satisfied with the finished instrument. Sultan Instruments offered an immediate replacement from their stock. However, I chose to wait for the maker to remake the original order. I was not disappointed - the oud was completed and sent within a few weeks. The oud arrived safely and looks wonderful. It plays really well and I love the sound.
The instrument did not have a jackpoint for plugging into an amp as it said in the description but that does not worry me. If you order just enquire if it comes with a plug in jack socket - the description may be wrong. Thank you to Murat from export department who kept me up to date with me by email. I am delighted with my purchase.
