i have these ozten strings already on my oud and would not change them for all the

This stand is gorgeous. The design is artistic and careful attention has been paid to finishing details like the padding, metal hinge, and especially, the leather strap that holds the oud safely. This is a quality product. It was shipped efficiently and packaged with care. The bonus risha taped to my order was an extra bit of customer care that brought a smile to my face. This is the second purchase I've made from Sultan (the first was an oud) and my experience with the company has been 5 star throughout.

Its only been a week but so far I like the oud very much - it came very quickly and was perfectly packed. Looks like its a good built instrument.
Off course the tuning is not that easy and playing it is another challenge even if you know to play guitar or bass.

I returned home to Canada from a recent trip to Morocco determined to buy and learn to play the oud. Unfortunately, there are not a lot of oud stores where I live, so I started looking online. I don't recall how I discovered Sultan Instruments, but I'm glad I did. Notwithstanding the positive reviews of Sultan Instruments that I found online, I was still a bit nervous buying online. I didn't need to be. Murat, the export manager, was communicative, responsive, and just generally great to deal with. Now the hard part comes - learning to play my oud!

I received my oud from Sultan Instruments a few weeks ago, it did not disappoint. It’s a well made instrument, for a great price, perfect for a beginner like myself to learn how to play this fabulous instrument. It arrived intact and had been well packaged for the long journey from Turkey to the US. Staff members at the company were in regular contact with me throughout the ordering and shipping process, sending me photos of the instrument before they shipped it to make sure it met my standards. We ran into difficulties with the shipping process, due to the tariffs being levied by the US government on all of their trading partners, but even due to those delays and extra costs, the staff at Sultan Instruments were in regular contact with me to keep me updated on the situation. I am extremely happy with the product, it was well worth the extra wait (no thanks to the US government), and I will happily order more items from this company as my journey on the oud progresses!
I receive my oud cocobolo cedar and the Sound is amazing the sustain is incredible and the finition is extremely good ! Sure i Will buy a other Yildirim oud in the future
